Research

I am currently a PhD student at the Swammerdam Institute for Life Sciences at the University of Amsterdam. In the lab of Cyriel Pennartz I investigate how the brain deals with inputs coming from multiple senses. In close collaboration with Umberto Olcese we aim to understand how visual and auditory information is identified and used for subsequent perceptual judgments in rodent behavioral paradigms while monitoring cortical activity.
